How to enjoy Raspberry and Strawberry Wines

1

Enhance your favorite dessert (fresh fruit & cheeses; cheesecake; ice cream; banana flambe; apple studel; but especially any chocolate dessert with a glass of  either Wine, or  all alone as dessert.

2

Roast a duck or goose (you can use a chicken or Cornish Hen).  Pierce the breast & place duck breast side down on a high rack.  Roast at 400 F. for 15 minutes; lower to 375F. & drizzle 1/2cup Wine on the duck.  One hour later, baste with another 1/2 cup Wine.  Not only will this be the best tasting duck you ever tasted, but your kitchen will smell heavenly for hours.

3

Marinate cut up strawberries in a small bowl of Raspberry Wine - drain wine (and re-use) and use berries as a garnish on any chocolate dessert (even a brownie).  Add tsp of sugar (optional).

4

Fill a small chocolate cup with either Wine; place in a chocolate mousse. Simple & elegant.

5

Add 1 cup of either Wine to fresh fruit compote.  Stir & refrigerate.

6

Pour one bottle of your favorite Sparkling Wine into a large bowl - add either Wine to taste.

7

Give a bottle of either Wine as a gift - you will receive one year’s worth of thanks, and gratitude, & you might be present when the bottle is opened.

8

Pour either Wine over vanilla ice cream - add shaved bittersweet chocolate bark.

9

Light a fire in the fireplace, remove the phone from the hook, get into very comfortable attire, open a bottle of either Wine with a loved one (loved one optional).

10

Add two tablespoons either Wine to 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate; melt over low flame; dip fresh strawberries.
